The successful candidate will spend part of their time supporting pupils in the classroom and during interventions.  They will also work with individuals and small groups during play times and support our pupils to have fun filled lunch times.   We are looking for candidates who: * are reliable and flexible * are calm and patient * are committed to helping children achieve their potential * have a positive attitude and great communication skills * are able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers on a daily basis * have good initiative * have good levels of literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent) * can uphold the vision and values of our amazing Church of England School. Experience of working within a school is desirable.
