We are seeking a dedicated, friendly and outgoing teaching assistant to join a local primary school in High Wycombe, for a March start.
The school is based in the Central/West area of High Wycombe, and is easy to commute to from the suburbs and the surrounding area. The school has a good reputation locally, has a very supportive environment and very experienced school management team. This job role will turn into a permanent role for the right person, or can remain as a temporary role if the right applicant is looking for flexibility.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is confident in their ability to work with children and has some relevant experience.
  • Can cultivate a creative and fun learning environment.
  • Is friendly, and has great communication and people skills.
  • Is adaptable and can accommodate an ever-changing sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and implement engaging lesson plans for primary school students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Utilise technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student engagement
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
