We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our client. Your role will be instrumental in supporting students across Key Stages 1–4 to access the curriculum, develop key skills, and foster a love of learning.

You will:

• Work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support to individual students and small groups.
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with diverse needs, including those with SEND or EAL.
• Provide pastoral care and encourage student well-being and confidence.
