Role: Teaching Assistant
Location: Liverpool (Knowsley)
Hours: Full time - Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 3:30PM)
Pay: £105 - £110 per day.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant qualifications in Education or Child Development.
  • Previous experience in a teaching assistant or similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Patience and understanding when working with children.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with varying classroom situations.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join the school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students’ educational and personal development. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of young people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support classroom teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
  • Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and engage with students during lessons and activities.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties.
  • Help maintain a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
  • Monitor and record student progress and development as required.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities.
