B’nai Jehudah CDC is a warm, welcoming, and inclusive community that offers full-time preschool care for children ages 12 months through 2 years and full-time infant care for ages 6 weeks to 1 year. The Teaching Assistant helps to provide a safe, nurturing, and exciting learning environment. Teaching Assistants collaborate with Teachers to supervise children, keep the classroom organized, and communicate with parents. Attend training and professional development opportunities as assigned Requirements High School diploma or Equivalent (Required) Experience working with children (Preferred) Physical Requirements Job requires frequent (2-5 hours per shift) standing, walking, carrying and repetitive motions and occasional (up to 2 hours per shift) sitting, lifting up to 20 pounds, pushing/pulling, climbing and stooping/crouching.
