QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or degree in Education preferred
• Previous school experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and ability to work with children
• Organizational and multitasking abilities

• Assist in lesson preparation and classroom management
• Support students in learning activities
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
• Help with grading, organizing, and record-keeping
• Provide individual support to students when required
