We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dedicated team to work 18.75 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31 August 2027. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about making a positive impact on children's learning and development in a primary school setting. All about the role: The successful candidate will help create a positive and safe learning environment, supporting pupils of varying abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN)to support teaching and learning activities within the classrooms. The ideal candidate will have: * Experience working with children of a relevant age group in an educational or childcare setting. * Minimum of GCSEs (grades 9 to 4 / A* to C) in English and Maths (or equivalent). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. * Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. * A compassionate and positive attitude, with a commitment to getting the best outcomes for all pupils.
