We're looking for people with experience supporting children and young people who are ready to take their next step overseas. You don't necessarily need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant before - experience in childcare, youth work, sports coaching and other child-focused roles can are also relevant.

Who we're looking for:

We're interested in people who are passionate about supporting children and young people, including those with experience in:

• Schools, childcare, early childhood education or after-school care.
• Supporting children with challenging behaviours, additional needs or diverse learning requirements.
• Youth work, sports coaching, mentoring or other roles involving children and young people.

You'll be adaptable, patient, reliable and confident building positive relationships with children. Experience managing challenging behaviours or supporting children/adults with additional needs is particularly valuable.

What opportunities are available?

Teaching Assistant roles involve supporting teachers in the classroom, helping students engage with learning and providing additional support where needed.

Opportunities may include casual day-to-day work and longer-term placements, depending on your experience, your preferences and vacancies available. 

Opportunities may be available across London, Bristol, Surrey, Hampshire, Essex, Kent, Birmingham and the Thames Valley.
