Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and delivery
  • Providing 1:1 or small group support where needed
  • Helping create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Covering lessons on a short-term basis if required (depending on experience)

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in working with young people
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on varied support roles
