The British Council is seeking a Teaching Center Assistant to support its Teaching Centre in delivering a safe, engaging, and well-organized learning environment for children. Key Responsibilities: Supervises young learners before, during, and after classes, ensuring safety and appropriate behaviour across all areas of the premises. Supports teachers with classroom setup and occasional in-class assistance. Communicates with parents regarding absences, late pickups, and general queries, acting as a liaison between families and the Teaching Centre. Assists with administrative tasks including the distribution of badges, registers, certificates, and other course-related documentation. Helps organize and deliver Young Learner events and supports the creation of displays and parent meetings. Candidate Profile: Demonstrates experience in supervising or working with children. Possesses strong communication skills in English and French. Holds a minimum of a school-leaving qualification. Is responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining a child-safe environment.
