Teaching Coordinator – Luxembourg
Location: Remote with flexibility to work from Brussels or Luxembourg
Number of Positions: 5
Contract Type: Tender-based engagement
We are recruiting 5 Teaching Coordinators to assist in managing training delivery under a European-wide language programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules and teaching assignments for language instructors
  • Monitor delivery standards and consistency across locations
  • Act as the first point of contact for teaching staff
  • Support project managers with training evaluations and continuous improvement plans
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of trainers

Essential Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Minimum 5 years experience in delivering adult language training both online and face to face
  • Minimum 3 years experience in education or training coordination
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 3 years experience in instructional design
  • Fluency in English and French (CEFR level C1)
  • Experience working in multicultural environments is a plus

Timeline:

  • First interviews: End of May
  • Second interviews: End of June
