Full time continuing Opportunity to assists with the organisation and coordination of Teaching and Curriculum activities across School of Economics HEO 5 Base Salary $89,755 - $100,495 + 17% superannuation About the opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Teaching and Curriculum Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support within the School of Economics. Under the general direction of the Teaching and Curriculum Lead this role will support the delivery of in-semester tests, assist with timetabling, maintain essential databases, and contribute to student-facing events and activities. This is a campus based role requiring at least three days on site. Some work outside core hours, including occasional weekends, may also be required. Your key responsibilities will be to: coordinate in-semester tests and assessments, including scheduling, managing special considerations and ensuring the confidentiality and security of exam materials assist with timetabling for undergraduate and postgraduate teaching maintain and update databases and contact lists to support learning and teaching operations collaborate with colleagues across the School, Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and University administration to meet operational objectives respond to enquiries from staff and students and liaise with central teams to resolve matters. About you Strong communication skills and familiarity with University systems related to curriculum and teaching administration Demonstrate strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office specifically MS Excel Excellent planning and organisational skills, with a focus on process improvement and service delivery Effective time management and the ability to prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to build productive working relationships A sound understanding of policies and procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply them accurately A willingness to work flexible hours to support various student assessments and recruitment campaigns.
