We are seeking highly motivated and qualified teaching faculty to join our Business Department at the Sharjah Campus.

I. Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or Commerce (M.Com) is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in a relevant specialization.
II. Minimum of 2 years of teaching or industry expereinec in the UAE or GCC region.
III. Strong expertise in class room management ,student engagement and academic delivery.
IV. Ability to design,deliver and evaluate business courses to aligned with institutional and accreditation standards.
V. Demonstrated knowledge in research methodologies ,thesis supervision and academic advising .
VI. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster interactive learning.
VII. Commitment to continuous professional development, academic innovation, and curriculum enhancement.
VIII. Ability to integrate case studies ,real world business practices and technonlogy to into teaching.
IX. Strong organizational and time-management skills with adherence to academic deadlines.
X. Team player with the ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural academic environment.
