FIXED TERM: 24 MONTHS, AUGUST 2025 - JULY 2027

The School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences is seeking to appoint a Teaching Fellow on a part time (0.8FTE), fixed term contract, into the Department of Philosophy. This post will be available until 31 st of July 2027 with a preferred start date of early August 2025.

YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS:

• A postgraduate degree in Philosophy with relevant post-graduate research and/or teaching experience (certificate in hand or has successfully defended VIVA prior to appointment).
• Experience in design and delivery of effective undergraduate university teaching and supervision.
• Research experience in Metaphysics or Philosophy of Technology.
• Proven ability to manage time and to work to strict deadlines.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
