OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Working in the Student Hub within the School of Health Sciences you will work as part of a team that supports our students, offering them information, advice and guidance and supporting them with their wellbeing. We are looking for someone that is passionate about customer service and committed to placing the student experience at the heart of what we do. Strong administrative skills and good customer service are essential for this role and experience of working in higher education is beneficial, but not essential. This is a student facing role that works on a hybrid pattern of three days on campus and two days at home per week.
