Working with people in over 200 countries and territories, we are on the ground in more than 100 countries. Customer support Receives and responds to enquiries from/to customers. Identifies where more complex issues require resolution by others and refers them on accordingly Recognises and understands the impact of incidents arising (e.g. child protection incidents; behaviour management issues; complaints, resourcing problems, logistical or technical difficulties) and proactively alerts the team leader to any issues of concern that are likely to impact service/project/task delivery or customer experience. Monitor movement of Young Learners students (ensuring they remain safe and on the premises) during classes and escalate issue to the academic team Delivers a range of administrative and customer services within agreed corporate procedures, to maximise quality, continuity and efficiency Provides logistical support to the organisation and delivery of teaching and registration as well as other internal and external activities/events, to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently. Ensure all classroom IWBs are working properly by performing basic troubleshooting and escalating issues to IT Technician as required Assisting in office administrative tasks such as, but not limited to, clerical work, filing, , scanning, archiving, updating documents and data bases Assist the Marketing Officer with maintaining records of promotional materials Minimum/Essential Relevant degree Minimum of 1 year of full-time work experience Experience working in a multi-cultural organisation in an international context Ability to build effective relationships with employees and management to achieve the delivery of high quality and effective professional services Experience of working in an educational institution Written and verbal proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities
