Job Opportunity: Teaching Operations Coordinator Location : City Stars, Egypt We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that supports both service and product delivery. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering a range of administrative and customer services in line with corporate procedures, ensuring high standards of quality, continuity, and efficiency. You will play a key role in managing student registration, customer care, and re-registration processes, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting effective teaching and learning experiences. Maintaining accurate records, drafting documentation and reports, and performing basic data analysis to support process improvements are essential aspects of this role. You will also be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and helpful responses while escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams. Your ability to recognize and communicate potential issues—such as complaints or logistical challenges—will be vital in maintaining a smooth and positive customer experience. Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders will be part of your daily routine to ensure the seamless delivery of services and events. In addition, you will be expected to adhere to risk management procedures, including child protection, security, financial protocols, and anti-fraud measures, ensuring the safety and integrity of our operations. You will handle financial and customer data responsibly, supporting accurate reporting and informed decision-making. This role also involves managing small-scale resources, ensuring materials and equipment are available and ready for use. You will plan and prioritize your own workload, adapting to changing demands, and may coordinate tasks with colleagues or suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent written and verbal English skills (minimum proficiency level C1), a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and a background in operational management and process improvement. Strong communication skills and experience in a customer-focused environment are essential.
