Role Purpose To deliver essential coordination and logistical support, ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of teaching activities. Main Accountabilities: This role provides vital administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth teaching operations. Key responsibilities include managing student registration and re-registration in line with corporate policies, maintaining accurate customer and financial records, preparing routine reports, and supporting process improvements through data review. You will also coordinate resources and logistics for internal and external activities to ensure efficient delivery. Customer and Compliance Focus You will handle customer enquiries professionally, escalating complex issues when needed, and proactively communicate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges. The role requires strict adherence to risk management and compliance procedures, including child protection, financial protocols, and data security. Additionally, you will monitor small-scale resources, plan and prioritise tasks, and coordinate colleagues or suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
