Working with people in over 200 countries and territories, we are on the ground in more than 100 countries. Service Delivery: Manages the day-to-day operations of the Teaching Centre, including timetabling, cover, student administration, and academic records. Works with the Cluster Operations Lead to implement 1-3 year operational plans, integrate new products or systems, and ensure procedures meet targets for revenue, volume, time, and cost. Stakeholder Management and Compliance: Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensures safeguarding of young learners and parent engagement. Resolves complaints promptly and monitors compliance with risk management, child protection, and financial protocols. Financial, Commercial, and Team Management: Oversees student financial data, teacher pay, refunds, and centre records. Manages freelance staff, stock, and inventory. Plans and prioritizes operational activities, develops the team, and coordinates with external partners to meet service standards, deadlines, and budgets. Essentials: Undergraduate or university degree. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Proven experience in operations management, including streamlining processes and managing costs. Demonstrated track record in successful delivery of business process improvements. Experience working as part of a dispersed or remote team. Experience in implementing organizational change.
