Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Teaching Operations Manager is the senior teaching support role within the Department, playing a key part in shaping and developing its teaching administration. The postholder is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the student experience while streamlining day-to-day operations and reducing the administrative burden on academic staff.
This role leads the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the effective delivery of undergraduate (BEng/MEng) and taught postgraduate (MSc) programmes. It requires a detailed understanding of programme structures and administrative needs, and close collaboration with the Director of Undergraduate Studies (DUGS), MSc Programme Directors, and Senior Tutors.
