Job Requirements CNC Machine Setter cum operator (5Axis machine) Skill required for Setting and prove the part in CNC Milling Machines Knowledge on Cutting tools Knowledge on work holding devices & fixturing Skill set required to handle the measuring instruments Machining drawing interpretation skill Knowledge on GD & T parameters Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting Basic knowledge on CNC programming Rejection control and root cause analysis Work Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 2 to 4 years’ of experience on CNC milling machine operation. Knowledge about AS9100 and various aerospace materials will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

The operator is responsible for setting and proving parts on 5-axis CNC milling machines. They must ensure quality through rejection control, root cause analysis, and the use of precise measuring instruments.
