Overview Tealeaf Acoustic Experience Analytics Engineer 6-months contract-to-hire - remote SUMMARY: Tier One Technologies has an immediate need for a Tealeaf Acoustic Experience Analytics Engineer to support our US Government client. This will be a 100% remote position. SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT. Responsibilities Requirements: Lead collaboration with development teams to ensure pages and APIs are fully Tealeaf-compatible. Perform data analysis on web-related inquiries from business and IT teams, identify actionable insights, and present findings effectively. Execute Tealeaf installation, upgrades, and patching to maintain optimal system performance. Configure and manage the Tealeaf data processing pipeline to ensure data accuracy and efficient flow. Demonstrate knowledge of Tealeaf replay mechanics, including troubleshooting replay fidelity issues, optimizing configuration settings, and coordinating with web teams to implement necessary changes. Qualifications Qualifications: A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is required. If an individual's degree is not in the applicable field then 4 additional years of related experience is required. 8+ years of overall IT-related experience. 3+ years of Tealeaf implementation, administration, configuration - PCA, Canisters, Portal, Replay server. 3+ years of Tealeaf analytics and replay configuration - events, dimensions, privacy rules, replay rules. Good understanding of website and web server architecture, cloud computing, including web 2.0 (JSON, JavaScript). Familiarity with cloud computing and cloud Tealeaf implementation. Familiarity with Splunk. Excellent communication skills. Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance. Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks. Must be a US Citizen or have permanent residence status (Green Card). Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years. Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years. Military Service excluded. (Exception does not include military family members.)
