You will require:

  • 2 - 3 + years previous administration experience in an Australian accounting firm.
  • A positive and friendly demeanor along with a team player attitude
  • Knowledge of Xero Software
  • The ability to comfortably liaise with clients
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask

About the Role:

Working in a team of administrators, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch administration support to the firms staff and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ASIC compliance (company registrations, annual reviews, updates)
  • Prepare and lodge ATO registrations and documents (ABN, TFN, GST, PAYG)
  • Assist with tax return, BAS and compliance lodgements
  • Maintain client records and practice management systems
  • Monitor deadlines and support workflow/WIP tracking
  • Liaise with clients, ASIC and ATO on queries
  • Prepare engagement letters and client correspondence
  • Assist with billing, invoicing and general admin support
