Why This Role Matters
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented Team Administrative Coordinator to support the 300+ person organization under the Office of the CTO. This role will report to and partner closely with the Executive Assistant to the CTO, focusing on team culture, coordination, and day-to-day operational support. If you’re someone who loves making things run smoothly and boosting morale with thoughtful touches (and snacks!), we’d love to hear from you.
This is a 6-month contract with an option for extension.
