Working as part of the central administration team, you will work in collaboration with our executive assistants (EAs) to provide excellent service to our lawyers. The role, which is fully on site, will provide exposure to all elements of secretarial and administrative support within a leading law firm. Key Responsibilities Providing support on ad hoc tasks including scanning of documents, archiving, shredding and booking of couriers. Providing support on all printing requests. Assisting with meeting set up, including updating the meeting room system, adding guest names, arranging lunches, car parking, IT requirements etc. Submitting expenses. Updating the marketing database with new client details. Running document comparisons. Supporting the billing process. Downloading from data sites. Other administrative duties as required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Leaving Cert or equivalent with relevant industry experience within a professional services or corporate environment. IT literacy. Strong organisational skills. Good communication skills. Strong work ethic. Keenness to learn.
