Location: Dry Creek * 3-Month Fixed-Term Vacancy with possibility of extension * Part-Time – 3 Days per Week (24 Hours), option for more hours per week for the right applicant About the Role: The Team Administrator plays a vital hands-on role in supporting the operations and leadership teams at our Dry Creek depot in Adelaide. You’ll be the go-to person for a wide range of administrative functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to leaders and staff * Coordinate meetings, forums, and stakeholder engagements with a customer-first approach * Maintain and report on data using internal HR and business systems * Oversee equipment ordering and supply coordination * Support day-to-day facility and depot management * Assist in delivering administrative programs and initiatives * Manage purchasing transactions in line with service agreements * Liaise effectively with internal teams and external vendors * Ensure all tasks are completed with professionalism, timeliness, and attention to detail About You: You’ll be a highly organised individual with a strong administrative background and a genuine interest in supporting operational teams. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and be confident juggling competing priorities. To be successful, you’ll bring: * Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role * Payroll experience preferred  * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Sound understanding of HR, financial, and procurement systems and processes * Strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively What we offer you:        At Aurizon, we support the development and growth of our employees.
