Team Administrator - Auckland Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We’re looking for a proactive and efficient Team Administrator to support the Beca Applied Technologies team. This role is available as a full‑time position, and we are also open to part‑time arrangements at 32 hours per week. You’ll provide high-quality administrative support to the Section Manager and team, helping coordinate reports, diaries, correspondence, meetings, travel, and supplies. You’ll also assist with document formatting, data management, and staff processes including inductions and timesheets, as well as coordinating the setup and catering of industry events, team social events and meetings. You’ll play a key role in supporting internal and external clients, and ensuring timely, professional communication. Managing your own workflow, you’ll contribute to team goals and seek feedback to continuously improve. You’re approachable, calm under pressure, and proactive in solving problems.
