About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Administrator to join our Integrated Technology Services team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Integrated Technology Services and the wider team to provide high-level administrative support.
This position is ideal for someone who is engaging, organised, self-motivated, and forward-thinking, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities include the following:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Integrated Technology Services lead team, ensuring the team operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively manage routines to support the seamless execution of daily activities and strategic priorities.
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and follow-ups, while managing day-to-day team activities and forward planning.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements and time-saving solutions to support proactive work planning.
  • Manage the flow of information and communications, handling internal and external correspondence and directing matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Collate and prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing papers, including gathering and interpreting data from key contacts.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, meeting scheduling, and ensuring all logistics are well-managed and aligned with business needs.
