Description

DESCRIPTION

Due to significant growth and the imminent fundraising for our third Credit Opportunities fund, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Capital Allocation team, based in Manchester. This role is crucial in providing high-level support to a dynamic and fast-paced team, and requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks independently. We require someone who has worked in similar roles where they have been expected to add significant value by anticipating needs, offering solutions, and guiding processes without needing supervision.
The role is diverse and involves working across all areas of the Capital Allocation function. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage conflicting priorities while ensuring deadlines are met with minimal guidance. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where change is frequent, and new responsibilities emerge regularly as the team continues to expand.
This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours per week and requires regular presence at our Manchester City Centre Offices.
Ideally the suitable candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented team administrator with experience supporting senior teams, managing stakeholders, and handling high-pressure tasks.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, work independently, and improve processes to enhance efficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless support to the Capital Allocation team by managing a wide range of administrative tasks. Ensure all deliverables are met with precision and on time, requiring little to no direction from team members or leadership.
  • Maintain and diarise outstanding questions/report requests from our global investors to ensure such information is compiled within agreed timescales, requests are prioritised appropriately, and work is organised within the team efficiently and effectively.
  • Accurately input data into internal systems and databases, ensuring integrity and consistency. Manage and track data in Excel, helping to maintain accuracy across reports and analytics.
