Job Description We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Team Assistant to provide support within our top performing Office Leasing team based in our Sydney CBD office. The ideal candidate will hold administrative experience ideally within property and be seeking a support role within a fast-paced office environment. This is a great opportunity to start a successful career with Colliers and play an integral role in our hugely successful office leasing team. As a member of the team, some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions, and other documentation. Liaise with administrative functions of the business to assist with the provision of accurate, timely and statistical information for the company reporting obligations. Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary. Updating CRM database to ensure property information is accurate & up to date. Coordinating and participating in team meetings. Qualifications The successful candidate will bring the following skills and experience: Recent and relevant experience in a similar administrative role. Experience in real estate and property is preferred, but not essential. Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint. Exceptional time management & organisational skills.
