Job Description We are seeking an organised and proactive Team Assistant to provide administrative support within our Healthcare & Retirement Living Valuation & Advisory team based at in our Sydney CBD Office. The ideal candidate will hold administrative experience and be seeking a support role within a fast-paced office environment. Your open communication style and ‘can-do’ approach will ensure you are the right match for this valued role. In this key support role, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include: Preparation and formatting submission documents and reports for clients. Create and update marketing collateral used for external distribution. Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence with clients. Preparation of invoices and expenses. Diary management for Head of department. Qualifications Experience in a support role, basic property related experience and interest in the Valuations sector is preferred. Recently graduated a degree related to Property is highly desirable. Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel. High attention to detail and accuracy.
