What you'll do Provide day-to-day administrative support to your team Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars Maintain and update client information in our systems Liaise with the ATO and other agencies on behalf of clients Prepare, format, and manage client documents and correspondence Answer incoming calls and support the team’s client communications Help coordinate requests and meet deadlines with a proactive approach What you'll bring A friendly and professional approach to building relationships Confidence working independently and supporting a team Excellent attention to detail and time management skills A willingness to learn and grow with the business Experience in professional services (desirable but not essential) Ready to join us?
