The post holder will provide proactive and comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the day to day running of the team and maintain a high quality of service. Providing comprehensive correspondence, diary and document management, arranging and servicing meetings and managing first time contacts for members of the Medicines Optimisation Team. Main duties will include, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required and be central in the organisation of internal and external meetings, supporting the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary for the head of department, teams and the department. The post-holder will also support the analysing and monitoring of prescribing data to ensure regular reporting on prescribing budgets.
The work may involve sensitive information and confidentiality must be observed at all times
