HOURS: FULL TIME, 37,5 HOURS PER WEEK, MON - FRI, 9:00 - 17:00
We are seeking a highly organized Team Administrator to join our Clinical Placements Team at St Marks Hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting student placements, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive learning environment for future healthcare professionals.
YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Strong administrative and organisational skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Attention to detail and ability to work independently
· Experience in an administrative role within healthcare or education (desirable)
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule and organise Rio training and IT accounts for student cohorts within set timescales.
· Maintain accurate contact information for students, placement areas, and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in compliance with GDPR.
· Support the Learning Environment Lead by coordinating student training programmes, workshops, venues, materials, and trainers.
· Manage and monitor the student support forum, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
· Distribute and collate data from the student experience survey, contributing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
· Arrange and facilitate placement partnership meetings with HEIs and major partners.
· Provide administrative support to the Clinical Education team, including organising operational meetings and taking minutes when required.
· Monitor and manage student laptop loans, ensuring proper allocation and maintenance, including monthly equipment checks at Prospect Park Hospital.
