Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a key role supporting or National Programmes team in delivering customer service excellence to external and internal customers, ensuring that the RLB ethos is maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall responsibility supporting team with the delivery of the business plan and overall business strategy.

  • Booking travel and accommodation for senior members of staff.
  • Booking meetings and events (internal and external).
  • Assisting with contract management – Liaising with document controllers where relevant.
  • Supporting other administrators where necessary and providing holiday cover.
  • Creating and maintaining good relationships with other administrators and colleagues within the business.
