The successful applicant will ideally have an awareness of mental health issues and will be able to demonstrate a caring and sensitive approach to their work. They will have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. They will be able to effectively and clearly communicate with colleagues, service users and their families, along with external agencies in order to support the team. The NHS Talking Therapies team offers out of hours appointments so the flexibility to work evening hours to support clinicians is essential.
