Type: Fixed Term (until June 2026) Hours: Full time Location: Auckland Business Group: Ministerial Services Branch: Partnerships and Commissions Salary: $71,767 - $89,310 Are you looking for a change of role, for a fixed term of five months, in an exciting airport environment? Do you have a can-do attitude? We are looking for a talented and energetic individual to support our small, dynamic Visits and Ceremonial Office team, based airside at Auckland International Airport. The Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) operates an airport lounge and provides an airport facilitation service for New Zealand and foreign government dignitaries. The Visits and Ceremonial Office (VCO) is a team within Ministerial and Secretariat Services, Shared Services Branch, Department of Internal Affairs. We are responsible for organising and managing facilitations for international arrivals and departures, in Auckland, on behalf of the Government. You will need to demonstrate: a strong background in administration with an exceptional eye for detail the ability to work under pressure within strict time frames. strong skills in Microsoft Office and an aptitude to learn new systems quickly. The ability to work well within a small team. Flexibility with working hours on occasions In addition, we are looking for someone who can show initiative in a busy workplace environment, is confident dealing with a wide range of tasks and a team player.
