This is an interesting and varied position who is looking for a challenging and rewarding role in which finding a balance between team working and utilising initiative is important. Applicants for this Band 4 Team Administrator role will need to be organised, reliable, self-motivated and have prior experience of working in administrative roles, ideally within mental health setting (or similar person-facing roles). Good time management skills and being able to prioritise tasks is essential as is having good attention to detail. You will also need to have the ability to deal sensitively with people who may be distressed.
The post sits within the Ealing CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Team, which is a friendly, supportive, hardworking and well-respected team based at Armstrong Way in Ealing.

The team provides specialist assessments of Autism, ADHD, and other complex Neurodevelopmental conditions, as well as interventions for moderate to severe mental health concerns. The team works with young people aged 6 to 18 and their parent(s) / carer(s). You will be joining other Team Administrators to support clinical activity, including booking appointments, sending appointment letters, minute taking, managing waiting lists, updating our clinical record system, and using our Business Intelligence tool to support waiting list and clinical data management. You will also be joining a larger group of Team Administrators across Ealing CAMHS, and will receive peer support alongside regular supervision and line management as well as guidance and support from Clinical Leads.
