Job Description We are currently seeking a Team Assistant to join our Accounts team based in Subiaco on a full-time basis. About the role: This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in administration and/or accounting, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role would be perfect for those with some accounting and/or administrative experience who are looking to join a company that genuinely values its employees. You’ll be supporting a small, collaborative finance team with a variety of tasks, including: Setting up and closing projects Inputting accounts payable Managing accounts receivable Preparing monthly invoices Following up overdue invoices for WA, NT, and QLD Reconciling monthly Visa card statement General administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management Assisting with reporting and spreadsheet updates Qualifications Skills and experience include: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar accounting or administrative role Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred) Previous experience with BST highly regarded Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in resolving discrepancies in projects and AP/AR Additional Information At Colliers, we are enterprising.
