Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Responsibilities: · Co-ordination with various teams for providing compliance update in various committee meetings. · Regular tracking of regulations and Regulatory Change Management Records created for the same. · Analyze impacts of proposed regulation to AEBC based on knowledge of RBI’s regulatory expectations. · Coordinate for RBI audits / exams to ensure the exam is well managed and any regulatory findings are closed to the RBI’s satisfaction. · Participating in governance and risk committee meetings to inform them of the Compliance Risks facing AEBC. · Provide compliance perspective on AEBCs policies and procedures. Academic Background: · Graduate and Semi-qualified or qualified CA/CA/CS/LLB/LLM or any combination of relevant education and experience and/or related professional designations/certifications in this field are desirable but not mandatory (ACAMS/CIA/CISA). Requirements: · 3 – 4 years’ work experience as a subject matter expert in Regulatory Compliance or Secretarial work within banks or payment operators. · Experience in working with regulatory bodies will be an added advantage Essential Skills. · Strong customer focus and results oriented attitude.
