Job Advert Description
Join Trowers and Hamlins as a Team Assistant in our Birmingham office. As a Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative help to partners and fee earners, contributing to the firm’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and sustainable growth. This role is 100% office based.

Responsibilities

The Team Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the smooth operation of the firm.

  • Provide full administrative help to partners, fee earners, and PAs
  • Manage filing and file management, including opening and closing files
  • Assist at internal and external seminars
  • Produce and engross documents, and compile bibles of documents
  • Obtain official copy documents from local authorities and search providers
  • Use Land Registry Portal and other online search services
  • Maintain filing and document management systems
  • Assist with file archiving and retrieval services
  • Perform scanning, photocopying, and printing tasks
  • Support and cover for administrative staff and assist other departments as needed
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post duties and cover reception when required
