QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage and coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Ability to support the planning and execution of events and workshops.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Two years of proven experience in a large organization.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing and coordinating team calendars to ensure optimal use of time and prioritization of tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership (mostly in Germany), including document preparation and correspondence.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation and transportation, and prepare detailed expense reports.
  • Order and manage office equipment and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and workshops, including coordinating logistics and communicating with participants.
  • Min. 70% of communication will be in English.
