Job Description BESIX Watpac is seeking a highly experienced administration professional to provide comprehensive administration and coordination support to selected executive leaders in our company. This role may be offered on a full-time or part-time basis. Key responsibilities include: Provide proactive administration support including calendar management and ensuring leaders are well prepared for meetings. Book and management travel for the leaders and their terms. Plan and organise internal and external meetings, workshops, catering and functions. Prepare and manage credit card reconciliations. Manage the national travel, stationary, cabcharge and uber accounts for the company Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations as requested. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience: Demonstrated experience providing a high-level of administration support to executive leaders. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus. Strong organisational and time management skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced level of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook, and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
