POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Team Assistant role has responsibility for providing proactive and well organised support across the Zurich and Munich office and a small team of investment professionals.
Responsibilities:
The role best suits those who have a hands-on approach, can think outside of the box and are keen to learn. Prior experience in an office environment desirable.

- Experience of providing administrative support in a demanding office environment. Proficient at complex diary management
- Demonstrates absolute discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
- Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- One or more years administrative/secretarial experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services organization
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple requests and ability to meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently while being a team player
