POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Team Assistant role has responsibility for providing proactive and well organised support across the Zurich and Munich office and a small team of investment professionals.

Responsibilities:

The role best suits those who have a hands-on approach, can think outside of the box and are keen to learn. Prior experience in an office environment desirable.

  • Fluent in German and English
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a demanding office environment. Proficient at complex diary management
  • Demonstrates absolute discretion when handling confidential or commercially sensitive information
  • Demonstrable experience of Microsoft Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • One or more years administrative/secretarial experience in a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple requests and ability to meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and ability to work independently while being a team player
  • Good attention to detai
