Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll provide essential administrative support, helping the team stay focused, efficient, and client-ready. From coordinating meetings to managing systems and campaigns, you’ll play a vital behind-the-scenes role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide day-to-day admin support including diary, email, travel and meeting coordination
  • Prepare documents, presentations, reports and submission materials
  • Manage team expenses, timesheets and internal processes
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and assist with operational rollout
  • Maintain Salesforce records including contact, opportunity, and pipeline tracking
  • Assist with team communications, budget tracking, and client engagement events
