Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who can operate with a strong degree of autonomy and exceptional attention to detail. You will provide proactive, timely, and solutions-focused support to the team, contributing to efficient and seamless operations. Professional and precise communication with internal and external stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain a consistently high level of confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide proactive administrative support to ensure smooth team operations
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Support visiting global staff with local logistics and office arrangements
  • Maintain marketing material inventory and coordinate reorders
  • Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Collect and consolidate data for ESG and compliance reporting
  • Process invoices, manage Capex requests, and handle expense reporting for key staff
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organise meetings, events, and conference calls, including logistics and catering
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Set up meeting rooms and manage AV and hospitality needs for visitors

ROLE DETAILS

  • Part-time: 25 hours per week
  • Flexibility to distribute hours over 3–4 days to ensure seamless support for overseas stakeholders.
