Job Description You’ll play a central role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting campaigns, coordinating meetings, managing financials, and ensuring high-quality client interactions. Key Responsibilities Prepare property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with campaign materials using tools like InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and agencies. Coordinate meetings and events, manage communications, and maintain CRM data to support client engagement. Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and team documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency. Qualifications What You’ll Bring Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or InDesign is a plus. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail.
