Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant (internally titled Development Assistant) to join Eat Work Art.
This is a varied role providing essential administrative and coordination primarily to our Head of Development, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and operations. You’ll play a key part in keeping systems, processes, and communication on track - supporting a dynamic team working at the heart of London’s creative community.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Development, including scheduling, communication follow-ups, and task tracking
  • Manage the shared team inbox, responding to enquiries, assigning actions, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Place orders for furniture, materials, and samples as required by the team and active projects
  • Chase suppliers and vendors for quotes, lead times, and order confirmations
  • Collate and organise information from various departments, ensuring it’s clearly recorded and tracked through to completion
  • Support the wider development team with ad hoc admin tasks and coordination
