YOUR MISSION

We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Team Assistant (f/m/d) to support our CEO and CSO Offices in Berlin. This is a part-time position (30hrs/week), requiring daily on-site presence. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and CSO Office team in their day-to-day operations. You will provide essential administrative support to the Executive Assistants of the CEO and CSO Offices, to ensure smooth business processes and reliable coordination within BMG’s leadership functions.

Responsibilities
  • Diary management
  • Handling travel expense reimbursements, including coordination with relevant contacts for travel-related inquiries
  • Supporting procurement processes and tasks
  • Overseeing stakeholder engagement touchpoints and seasonal communications in line with brand and relationship management strategies
  • Supporting the strategic planning and coordination of corporate events and hospitality initiatives
  • Coordinating and managing centralized travel and vacation planning to ensure seamless operations
