What role will you play?
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Auckland office, and provide a variety of support including event coordination, marketing and event administration, complex travel and meeting arrangements and any other general administrative duties including processing purchase orders and invoices, and expense claims as required for our Macquarie Capital Equities, and Commodities Global Markets Equity Derivatives and Trading divisions.
Additionally, you will take on Equities corporate access responsibilities, ensuring seamless coordination and communication between investors and corporate clients. You will also support the Equities Research team in Auckland and Sydney by assisting with research tasks and maintaining industry databases.

What you offer

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • A high level of attention to detail as well as a strong client service orientation
  • Intermediate/advanced skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident and outgoing natureExceptional time management skills.
